When is the workshop?
Wednesday, 24 September from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where is the workshop held?
Colorado Convention Center
Korbel Ballroom 4 A/B/C

How much does the workshop cost?
There is no fee to attend, thanks to the sponsorship of ExxonMobil.
How many teachers will attend?
Approximately 100 teachers will be selected to attend the workshop.
What is the schedule for the day?
What grade levels will be addressed?
Breakout sessions are offered for elementary, middle, and high school groups.
What time do I need to arrive?
You will need to arrive at 7:30 for registration. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver's license) to pick up your conference badge.
Can I leave early?
If you cannot attend for the entire day, please email energyed@energy4me.org or call +1.972.952.1109. You will not receive your substitute reimbursement form if you leave early.
Do I need identification to get in?
Yes. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver's license) to pick up your conference badge.
Will you pay for my substitute?
Yes! Substitute reimbursement forms will be distributed at the conclusion of the workshop.
Do I need to pay for parking?
Parking will be prepaid for you.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, a complimentary lunch will be provided.
How do I cancel?
If you are unable to attend, please email energyed@energy4me.org or call +1.972.952.1109. We would like to be able to offer the opportunity to attend to another educator if you are unable to attend.
Is the material aligned to Colorado standards?
Yes.
